Just out of the oven and still bubbling, a vegetarian gluten free black bean enchilada casserole and a fresh steamy cream of mushroom soup. Of course remember dessert. Maybe a RAW date, almond, coconut cookies or may be a gluten free chocolate chip peanut butter cookie and to wash it all down, a Virgils or Zevia natural soda sweetened with Stevia. Also, don’t forget your wheat grass shot!

Right now we also have Gluten free vegetarian lasagna, Quinoa, stuffed peppers, stuffed portebella mushrooms, vegan cream of tomato soup, chilled corn bisque, chickpea salad sandwiches, 2 bean salad, Quinoa salad Spinach salad w/raspberry vinaigrette, RAW macadamia hummus w/veggies plus organic coffee.

Also remember our store has over 300 Gluten free items! Along with green cleaning supplies, pet supplies, cooking supplies, chips, crackers and other healthy snacks! We have many flours, grains and including bulk items.  We have a verity of healthy sweeteners, sauces, local honey, dressings, nuts, gum, energy bars and drinks.

We are a small store with a lot of STUFF so come in and look around you will be pleasantly surprised!
